Personale gentilissimo. All'arrivo siamo stati accolti con estrema cortesia, inoltre abbiamo avuto un upgrade dandoci la possibilità di soggiornare in una suite molto bella e vista mare. Il ristorante ottimo con vasta scelta. Tutto molto buono e personale gentile ed attento. Piscine, SPA, servizio spiaggia tutto perfetto!!! Consigliatissimo...

"Disappointing stay!"

Some of the staff are truly nice at this hotel and care for the guests, but others are in need of customer service training. Occasionally I was made to feel as if I was bothering them when asking for a drink... They showed a lot of impatience and gave preferential treatment to some guests which I found unpleasant... I would have liked some nicer things during our stay, like ice cream, apparently they have never served it... I did not like food that had gone cold or uncooked vegetables. It was very difficult to put a balanced meal together when so much food was inedible... I did not like being thirsty, because they insist on serving drinks in tiny pathetic cups or glasses that were always half filled... I am not sure why anyone in hospitality would deny their guests drinks. Also, I couldn't understand why it was difficult or impossible to get a spoon at meal times... I did not like tinned fruit being served instead of fresh fruit... I also noticed that the afternoon snacks were very poor with somethings hidden behind the bars for some guests and not others. I did not like getting soaked by the foam cushioned chairs around the pool bar because they had absorbed water, drenching you when you sat down... these cushions need changing.. The cocktails in the lobby bar were the worst I have ever had the misfortune to taste, perhaps staff should taste what they expect guests to drink. I couldn't find one decent one. All in all, a very disappointing and unsatisfying stay that I won't be repeating. This hotel could do so much better!

"Un séjour agréable et calme avec une équipe professionnelle."

J’ai passé un formidable séjour avec ma maman. Nous avons eu un surclassement offert (au depend de la disponibilité des chambres biensur ). Le personnel est très professionnel et très attentif au besoin du client et super discret surtout. C’était l’anniversaire de maman et une surprise lui a été préparé très rapidement par l’équipe en toute discrétion, c’était un moment très convivial et on s’est senti en famille pas uniquement avec du personnel d’hôtel. La satisfaction client est vraiment le seul et unique objectif de l’équipe. Je remercie vivement toute l’équipe Royale Azur pour cet agréable séjour et surtout la costumer manager Zayneb qui fait une super belle coordination très fluide entre le personnel et le client.

Probablement l’animation du samedi soir est à revoir, mais tout dépendra des goûts aussi.
