As usual, I had an excellent stay at the SOL AZUR: very pleasant bed and breakfast with a warm and professional welcome. Relaxation is also on the agenda: thalassotherapy pool and idleness allow you to revel in an extraordinary landscape. The atmosphere and the location of the hotel superb, the customer service of the reception & the welcoming greetings of the hotel Team starts from the hotel Director Mr Ahmaiudi Sami and the receptionist Mr Laribi Faouzi excellent and exceeded my expectation going to yhe restaurant the quality of their buffet very Gourmet and yammy and the hospitality of all the waitress and the cooking chefs very very pleasant and excellent. I really spent quality time with my wife and son in their property coming from Sydney Australia to Tunisia i really felt i had the best holiday experience after this wave of pandemic covid 19 . J’ai eu un court séjour mais c’était une expérience géniale et magnifique : Propreté, chambre spacieuse, pied dans l'eau et Le restaurant est au top. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin, mais le plus remarquable est à quel point Personnel agréable et accueillant. Tout le monde était très sympathique, serviable et toujours souriant.. Je tiens à remercier tout l’équipe de l’hôtel, particulièrement Mme Raoudha Zouaoui et les deux chefs de restaurant Mr Mehrez et Mr Saber.

Pros: good variety of food at buffets, nice view of pool/sea from my balcony Cons: so many - Room not ready at checkin time - Unfriendly staff (reception, pool, and restaurant). - Poor condition of room: weak AC and not possible to control the temperature; no available outlet at the desk and only one in the whole room; uncomfortable chairs; safe not working; kettle overheated (safety/fire risk) - hotel is old and needs a lot of updating - despite the photos, this hotel does not have a gym. They said I could go to the hotel next door to use their gym for 30 dinar per use. - there is one cashier to change money, but she was not working for an entire day, meaning no cash services were available. I don't understand how this hotel could possibly qualify as 4-star. It's more a 2-star hotel compared to standards in other countries. The pictures you see on hotels.com make the hotel look much nicer than it really is. If you choose to stay here, keep your expectations very low.
