Hotel Sol Azur Beach

Hotel staff is very friendly and the food was very good for breakfast and dinner. Beach is beautiful and loved the nightly entertainment on the stage.

La chambre 1125 etait bien adaptee a ma condition et grace a monsieur Fawzij,ai passe un agreable sejour dans cet hotel La cuisine etait variee et de bon gout Le personnel etait nonseulent gentil mais tres avenant et surtout serviable

It was so good but it must be more clean especially about the facility areas. Receptionists must be more helpfull. But overall I can say it was good experiences and good holiday.

Hotel is in desperate need of a refresh, carpets are filthy and stained and my room had puddles of brown goo and sheets did not seem clean( hairs on sheets- it was cleaned and changed upon request). Hotel advertised amenities that were not available and while the staff were nice and very polite they never returned with information on my queries. The gardening near my bungalow was terrible and looked as though it hadn’t been done for a long time ( broken pavement, overgrown plants and balustrade that hadn’t seen a wipe for years) which ruins the experience. The hotel claims rooms renovated a few years ago but I doubt that’s the case, my mattress, room fittings and very limited tv we’re at least 20 years old ( and no kettle or iron) The food was average and catered for a limited clientele ( and breakfast pastries did not seem fresh). This place looked as though it was once very nice but those days are gone unless some money is spent to update.

This place was amazing … the only complaint I have was dinner meat seemed old. Other than that great customer service, amazing view. My family enjoyed it sooo much.

The room wasn't clean. The bathroom is dirty , the sink is full of hair, the bathtub is also dirty, the floor is not clean, there's dust all over the place. I just want to understand why this hotel has 4 stars. Overall it's such a waste of money honestly

Great location. Great breach. Room is great with an amazing water and pool view. Staff is very welcoming and very professional. The manager Madame Dorsaf offered us free access to the thalasso spa and jacuzzi. The all inclusive buffet is nice with varieties of food and chef Saber made sure we're happy and offered extra items not in the buffet. The hotel also offers many indoor and outdoor fun activities and they even have free evening shows. I highly recommend Hammamet and Sol Azur. We chose the place based on online reviews and we're sure not disappointed

Despite the reception, which was not satisfactory, but there were good services for cleaning and eating, the air conditioner was not working in the room, it needed some maintenance; in general good.

The only thing was open is the restaurant , every thing was closed no pool no kids area no restaurant no coffee place no beach , It was horrible it feels like a hunted place ! Big disappointment.
