"Hope Street Hotel perfect for visit to Liverpool"

This hotel was perfect for us for our trip to Liverpool. Everyone at the hotel was very professional - we arrived at 2:00am from the ferry from Isle of Man. We were pleasantly surprised at how fresh and spacious the hotel is. we loved our room, very large and airy. But the best part is the location - Hope Street is a beautiful street, bookended by two beautiful cathedrals that are very interesting, I might add. Also, there are two statues out in front of the hotel of the two bishops from those cathedrals promoting peace. The Philharmonic performs across the street and we learned about a guitarist being there while we were there and were able to get tickets. We walked everywhere - even to the Royal Albert Dock, where we toured the Beatles Museum and took the Magical Mystery Tour. Wonderful time in Liverpool and Hope Street Hotel was a big part of that. I am a travel professional so I will be recommending this hotel.

"Great location and staff."

A really lovely hotel directly opposite the Philharmonic Hall. The staff were exemplary in every sense from the moment of arrival, through every lovely meal until departure. The evening meal in the main restaurant was “modern European”, nicely presented and very tasty. Overall a great place to stay if in Liverpool.

"Perfect ❤️"

Our whole experience from start to finish was perfect. Reception and bar staff absolutely lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room was gorgeous, spacious and spotlessly clean, with some gorgeous extra touches for my daughter's birthday. The location of the hotel is spot on. Can't wait to stay again ❤️

"Brilliant hotel."

We had not stayed at the Hope Street Hotel since before Covid. It has been revamped and extended. Our stay was very superior. Our room was a good size and extremely comfortable. Staff were lovely. We had dinner in the London Carriage restaurant which was excellent. Well located. Highly recommended.
