Hope Street Hotel

Enjoyed our stay, cool hotel, great location if you are visiting university students. would stay again.

While the hotel is around a mile's walk from the Waterfront, we were happy to do that on both days of our trip - especially as there are also many places/sites to see very near the hotel. The hotel itself was extremely comfortable with excellent service. A bit disappointing that, as guests, we still had to book and pay for use of the Spa facilities but other than that, the hotel exceeded our expectations

Loved this hotel! Beautifully fitted out in light wood. Minimalist, bright and airy. We had a terrace suite with a hot tub on the terrace just fantastic. Very chilled, calm and friendly.

I had the most lovely stay at Hope Street Hotel for my milestone birthday, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, all of the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating. A special touch that meant so much to me was that they allowed my friend to drop presents off before I arrived, and they beautifully arranged them in my room along with a personalised birthday note from the team. It really made me feel cared for. Birthdays aren’t usually the easiest time for me, but this stay completely changed that, it made the whole experience feel special and memorable in the best way. The food was absolutely delicious! High quality and beautifully presented, but still satisfying and filling. As someone staying on my own, I was made to feel completely comfortable, which I really appreciated. The spa is stunning, with a great range of facilities. The staff there were just as attentive, they made sure I was well looked after and even brought me a large jug of ice so I could keep hydrated during my visit, which was especially thoughtful as I’m pregnant. Overall, it was such a relaxing and positive experience. I’ll definitely be making a habit of coming back here as often as I can. Highly recommend!

Lovely location for the Georgian Quarter but a good 10 minute walk to city centre. We took our dog and they are very welcoming and staff are excellent and friendly. Disappointed that when we tried to book direct, prices have shot up since our last stay and were more expensive than places such as booking.com. We saved £100 by going through a 3rd party at the very last minute. I would stay again and recommend it but only if the price is right.
