Nice hotel, but located off the beaten path. There are no restaurants, shops, or immediate scenic areas near the hotel. Hotel staff was both friendly and very helpful.

Quite some way out of town (15min tram ride costing about £0.40 or 10min taxi ride costing about £5) a very comfortable and clean hotel with exceptionally helpful staff; all of whom spoke good English. I would recommend to others without hestitation.

Hotel was very clean and staff extremely friendly/helpful. If vegetarian, very limited choice for breakfast. Limited staff in restaurant at breakfast time. Even though breakfast time is 6.30am to 9.30 am, staff eager to wrap things up by about 8.30 - breakfast varieties on offer definitely reduces as time progresses beyond 8.20 am. Hotel is some 20 minute bus ride from centre of Krakow.

Room was immaculate (if a lttle dated), staff friendly, helpful & spoke good English. Was quite a distance from centre of Krakow unfortunately. Would recommend however.

First impressions are obtained at check-in. Our experience was excellent. We arrived well ahead of normal check-in time, but the lobby staff made us feel welcome, helped us to organise our two days, and had our rooms ready very qhickly. In particular, Joanna on the front desk was outstanding. Overall, we could not fault the staff, and the room certainly exceeded every expectation, considering the rate we obtained from Expedia. We loved Krakow and will certainly return.

the hotel was out of the town centre but only took 10 mins by tram & they ran very frequently we walked in once took us 50mins including a pit stop for a drink as the weather was beautiful it was a very pleasant walk. Our room was a good size with a nice bathroom. It was nice to have the spa facility. We used the pool and the jacuzzi it was very refreshing after a hot day site seeing. We ate at the hotel once and we were very impressed with the food the service and the price. Krakow is well worth a visit lots going on in the main square, plenty to see and do and it does not break the bank!! Will certainly go back again and take an empty suitcase to do some shopping.

extremely good hotel but not i a good location altho trams pass bottom of road room very clean and staff friendly but if you want coffee making facillities in room very expensive breakfast ok but not great and restaurant menu for a 4 star hotel disapointing

We only had two dry days out of seven, which was unfortunate. The main square is beautiful and the surrounding streets have a charm, but are terribly neglected. Sadly works are underway in the square so pneumatic drills drown out the musicians.We did not find the people particularly friendly or helpful, aside from in our hotel. It was in a very dubious area, which made us reluctant to venture out at night.We often ended up in the Tesco complex at the end of our road, for a coffee! I can definitely recommend trips to Schindler's enamel factory, Wieliscka salt mine and Auschwitz. In fact, if you visit Poland, I think you owe it to the people to go to Auschwitz. It's humbling and makes you appreciate what we have in the UK. We struggled for things to do after five days, a week was definitely too long. LPW, Nottingham Aug 2010

This is a modern hotel, not in the centre of Krakow, but about a ten minutes tram-ride from the Old Town. The surroundings may seem a bit untidy, as there is a container transport terminal across the street, but this proved not to be a great disadvantage. There is a very good spa facility in the basement with affordable prices. A generous breakfast buffet. All in all a very decent hotel for our four days stay in Krakow.

Stayed here with a party of 10 for annual xmas get together. Whilst it has a pool the picture was taken at a great angle to make it look good it is a very small half circle pool, the jacuzzi was nice both free to guests but again the sauna was extra and this was not mentioned on the hotel site. This apart, the staff were excellent and extremely helpful, the breakfast was really nice,whilst not the british one there was some lovely mashed up soft boiled eggs and mushrooms, very close to the tram stop(No.19 takes you into the centre) and very clean and comfortable rooms, extra pillows available on request. The hotel reception answered all our inquiries and supplied all transport times and maps for our needs. tours to auschwitz etc pick up at hotel but drop off in city so tram back is needed but no hardship only 20 mins. Will be returning with our group next year
