The facade of the hotel was clean but understated, however upon first impression it was ok. The rooms were loaded full of dark wood (mahogany) and a real 70's feel about it. The corridors were unlit during the day and had no natural light. This is not a 5* hotel, I have travelled around the world staying in 5*'s and this is one of the worst, there are nicer hotels in Krakow and I would suggest shopping around first.

This hotel is not what I would call Five star, but for the price, it was more than adequate. A tea / coffee making facility would have been nice. The shower head in my room was not 100% but it worked with plenty of hot water. Bus stop to city Centre is just around the corner. The tram is a short walk, right next to a huge TESCO'S. So you will not be short of anyrhing you have forgotten.
