Loved the facilities and the staff were really helpful too

View from window to one large wall .Floor from above squeaked as people moved.Complaint of extracting fan not working(no response) Tea and sugar not replaced.Breakfast not explained and ignored by manager. I think this hotel is definitely over rated

Very friendly hotel with excellent standards We couldn’t work out the main entrance when we first arrived.

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the standard room at this smaller hotel. We initially chose it for its convenience to the ferry terminal but it was a great location in regards to the town centre. The staff were friendly and courteous and the ambiance modern but welcoming. Our only criticism was the rather odd location of the guest entry which is tucked away through a car and service entry arch with no signage, we initially entered through the restaurant and bar. The hotel had pool and spa as well as a bar, lounge and quality restaurant. We highly recommend this hotel for a short stay on Jersey.

Lovely hotel in a great location, close to the main shopping area and an easy walk to local attractions

Great location and loved the pool and spa. Only problem was the ramp to the car park was too steep and I scraped the bottom of my car. Apparently this has happened to a lot of guests.

All staff were helpful and nothing was too much when making any requests for confirming flights and printing off boarding passes etc.

The hotel is supposed to be high end however the spa had black mould around the hydro bench button in the swimming pool and the spa itself wasn’t as good as I’d hoped, no use of lounger room unless you were paying for a treatment. The restaurant is 1 Michelin star but the steak was not cooked consistently through, one end rare and one end well done. On departure we discovered we had been charged for 2 breakfasts we didn’t have and also during the stay another guest walked into our room having gone to reception and asking for a key to his room which he thought was ours, reception staff gave him the key, thankfully I had a robe on at the time he entered. We got a verbal apology for the incident but that was all. Overall I’ve stayed in nicer hotels.

Turndown service was the best part of the hotel - having towels cleared away etc for when we returned from dinner was excellent, as was having shortbread waiting for us. We loved the powerful shower. Decor/colours were classy & we liked the Jersey granite bathroom. Hotel bar and the restaurant are excellent, with fantastic staff. Hotel car park always had space for us

This is a high quality hotel in every respect, and I would recommend it unreservedly.
