The Club Hotel and Spa

I did find the climb in bath to have a shower a bit old hat these days.

The room was comfortable and was well equipped...best the 60" smart TV with everything. It was well cleaned everyday at our leisure. But there were some dangerous issues in the room. A wardrobe drawer fell off its rail and could have hurt my son. The valve to turn on shower was not attached and weighty chrome would be a nasty accident if dropped on toe in shower. Once turned on , couldn't close valve to hand held shower on the bath which caused a bit of flooding. ...point is...these things happen. I mentioned on Saturday...no change....sunday...forget it....I didn' t see the manager until monday evening who told me it was all fixed for now and they would need plumber to fix properly. The drawer was fixed....valve remained the same. The manager seemed very nice and offered to help us take some trips we wanted to do but couldn't as were either booked or only available to residents of another hotel. I never saw him again but he left me a number for 1 single place on one of the trips. The outdoor pool is small and only has part sunshine at any time of day....not before 11 or after 4.30 and the pool area is very small too. only 8 beds in the sun and an overall shortage. Anyway it was too cold. Heated not enough. The indoor pool was nice. Jacusi could have been more powerful. I did not find any other spa stuff...just Steam room and sauna. The restaurant was michelin 1 star and

The pool area (as pictured) looks really inviting, in practice it was VERY inadequate. The hotel can take some 90 guests, the pool area has a MAXIMUM room for 12 sun beds which means that everyday guests have to find an alternative venue for relaxation.

Hate this hotel. I am a solo traveller which they knew. There was a booking error and I was down for two rooms. Despite being alone they charged me for 2 rooms. Insane. Given we are in times of covid these guys must be desperate.

Delighted with the stay, breakfast very generous and of a high quality, and served by a great team. Room had a few minor signs of wear that could have been rectified (maintenance rather than cleanliness) but was clean and very comfortable. Pool looked great, restaurant was delicious as expected. Not the choice if you want a view from your room, but we knew this when booking and were very happy. Free and plentiful parking.

The Club Hotel and Spa is a beautifully appointed hotel in a great location. The staff are professional and courteous.

Beautiful Hotel and the room was fantastic as we were a family of four. There was a second room within our suite that had a pull out sofa bed and there was a second bathroom. Room cleaned daily and the maids were very friendly. We came to Jersey to visit my Brother so would definitively use this hotel again. The inside pool was fantastic and they gave us robes to wear and towels were provided. The only compliant was that the entrance was hidden from the main road you had to go down a driveway and the entrance was around the corner. Excellent value for money as we got a great deal through Expedia.

Great location .. very comfortable bed.. bathroom was a bit small if any negative but had a great stay.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly, the room was very clean with a comfortable bed and high quality linen. The breakfast was very nice with a good selection to choose from on the Continental Breakfast. Hot breakfast could be ordered from the menu and this was very good quality. The hotel is in a good location with just a short walk to restaurants, shops and the bus station.
