Superb staff at the hotel - the restaurant is a must!

Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. 2 really nice swimming pools, beautiful spa area, great location, breakfast. Aircon was superb as was quite hot while there. Only downside Bohemia restaurant (downstairs restaurant) staff need to spend time with hotel staff to see how its done, food in Bohemia not great either.

Everything about this property was spot on. clean, friendly, and lovely service. Whilst bar and restaurant is expensive, the quality of drinks and food was exceptional. only downside was Sauna was out of action in the Spa, and there are no seating areas around the indoor pool. But I would not stop this from booking this wonderful hotel again. Stayed 27th - 29th May 2023

The staff was really open and friendly, the spa area with swimming pool and facilities was great.

Bed super comfy and staff all very helpful. But the hotel is expensive for what you get, broken lamp in the bedroom and the sink in the bathroom, wow how low can that be. Swimming pool was the biggest disappointment, missing tiles in the steam room and the whole area looks so tired. Compared to other local hotels with spas/swimming pools, the Clubs doesn’t do well.

Lovely place, indoor swimming pool could do with a clean though, was a bit grubby.

The staff could not be faulted. Upon arrival we were made to feel so welcome. The lady who checked us in, unfortunately I didn’t catch her name, was very welcoming and informative. The hotel was immaculate. Our room was spotless and had great minibar options if this is something you wanted to use. Absolutely loved the small toiletry touches. The spa was lovely. It was very quiet when we were there which was nice. The experience shower had a few jets that need fixing. We were under the impression the indoor pool would be warm but it wasn’t, it was luke warm at most, we didn’t mind too much though. Towels, flip flops and bathrobes were provided by the spa in the lockers which was useful. The concept of the honesty bar is great, we unfortunately didn’t have time to use it. Overall, highly recommend!

Very nice , clean hotel. I will stay again! Drive past it the first time as it was at night, slow down after the roundabout and 2nd left ! Just before the left hand turn. Very quiet, check ✅ in very easy and quick. Honesty bar (very expensive) Sauna & Steam room, used every day. Not sure how often they come on thought? Sat in it one day 20mins just for it to turn on. ? Timing would be nice ? Pool very small but just enough! Outdoor pool, which I used for cold water dipping! Very cold 🥶 Food !! Beware very expensive! £i have breakfast for 6 days and the bill was £71 Stocked room with mini-bar with some very weird things? Never used because of the prices! Here for work did not see much of Jersey, great hotel. I will go back. Just need to find somewhere else for breakfast 🍳

Very good hotel, nice rooms, although bits could do with a touch up! Above all I cannot recommend the staff and service enough, everyone was so friendly and obliging, really first class service ! The hotel is very well located and a short walk from the town centre, the spa was also clean and nice. I would definitely stay again and can thoroughly recommend.

One of the premier hotels. Be careful on the marketing from expedia. Breakfast is available but not included. Most hotels in jersey include breakfast. That said the hotel is excellently situated in town with many good restaurants including the hotels Michelin star restaurant Bohemia. Parking is available at no charge but a little challenging for those that drive big cars!
