Howard Hôtel Paris Orly Aeroport

Good location, great service, clean room and a shuttle to the airport. Enjoyed my stay very much.

J’ai l’habitude de dormir au Novotel Cœur d’Orly de l’aeroport d’orly pour optimiser le temps. Cette fois ci j’avais plus de dispo ainsi j’ai décidé de dormir au Howard Hotel. L’hôtel paraissait coquet et en effet il fut très plaisant. Le chek in fut en soirée. Le demande je découvre une tache jaunâtre sur la housse. J’appelle la réception qui confirme cette observation et ordonne le changement de la housse. En réalisant le chek out, j’attendais un geste commercial de la part du management. J’évoque le sujet d’une manière spontanée et la réponse fut la négative. Je realise que la personne au desk est aussi propriétaire de l’hotel. Je ne les trouve pas client centrik et il auraient du anticiper un geste pour fidéliser. Je ne recommande pas d’aller a cet hotel qui n’est pas orienté hospitality et satisfaction client

It’s very close to Orly airport with plenty of shopping across the street. Free parking too! The staff es very friendly and helpful.

Excellent staff. Always helpful and willing to go above and beyond. Very clean and comfortable rooms, although small. Only suggestion is that the hotel fixes the shower so it does not spray excessively to the point of getting the floor soaked which is common with the design. Other than that, I stay here a lot and really love the staff.

Older hotel, the staff was so friendly they make the hotel. The breakfast is great.

It was a great place to stay. Except the receptionist was extremely rude when we did check out. We asked for the shuttle service as we were told it was provided by the hotel, he was very very rude. We ended up taking the bus to the airport.

J’ai passer un super weekend dans la tranquillité, le petit-déjeuner servis en chambre juste niquel.
