"Very rude staff"

Very bad experience. The staff are very rude st the reception. Refused to let me meet the manager. Took very long to give room keys etc.

Welcoming, small fridge, airconditioned, quiet, convenient to Orly airports, shuttle bus. Arrived at night & left early so no opportunity to visit the area.

Decent for an overnight connection. Rated 4 star, but seems less. Tired premises, just satisfactory restaurant. Location best for flight crews next to Orly airport. Nothing in vicinity to visit. Comfortable beds which is what we wanted to help us get some sleep for an early morning flight.

"Near to the airport but not a 4 star hotel"

The hotel is definitively not a 4 star hotel. Despite being very well located in the airport area I do not recommend it due to the poor condition of the room. In our case, the whole floor was smelling of sewage due to some plumbing problem. The room amenities were also very poor and even the mini-bar frigo was not working.

A great hotel positioned next to Orly airport. Truly excellent all around with a great free minibus ride to the airport, and an fantastically French driver.

"Excellent stay"

It was very impressed with lovely receptionist, and the breakfast was brought in bed without any charges. Our overall rating is outstanding
