Wanted to add to my review that the staff were very helpful and welcoming, good customer service and communication through booking.com by staff also. The managers also came to check how everyone was going and join for a drink before dinner which was nice they are so involved.

Also wanted to add to my dislike that the transfer cost add on is way to High! $258 fijian for the boat and taxi return to and from the island. If you have 4 people on the boat and car that's $1032 fijian .... for transport alone.. To many extra cost to stay on the island.

The intimate feel of staying on a small island with a limited number of guests. The staff is so warm and always trying to help you with whatever you need. Great location with great nearby snorkel and SCUBA options.

We just returned from celebrating my 50th Birthday at Toberua! Where do I start?! They arranged transportation from Nadi for us, arranged for a Beautiful cake and the entire staff singing happy birthday and private beach dining for my family (of 4) on my birthday, and even knew all of our names and referred to us by them throughout our stay. Everyday they came early with a delicious list of menu choices for lunch and dinner (including an amazing kids menu). The breakfast was always delicious, with fresh omelets or eggs, delicious fruits, and meant other items to choose from. Being able to walk right out from our bure and snorkel or kayak was amazing and the fish were beautiful! My 10 and 12 year old are already asking when we are retuning for another trip, and both girls made friends on vacation that they have remained in contact with.

Beautiful welcome and farewell by manager and staff. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Especially Joji who was very patient with helping my partner and I while snorkeling for the first time. The Bures are beautiful in their construction and right on the waters edge. The location was perfect, peaceful and fun little island paradise.

The only small fault was that we requested a different taxi driver on the way back, however, this hadn't been arranged.

This little oasis exceeded all my expectations. The staff were incredible, the food was extraordinary and the newly renovated pool was awesome. I highly recommend.

I really can't think of anything I didn't like, other than it rained too much for me, but we did go in rainy season. When the sun came out, it was great.
