Good location. Many restaurants close by

Used to nice breakfast buffet spread at Marriotts. This one was like a takeout counter with plastic utensils.

Staff were very helpful and polite!

Room was clean, the Monday morning shift people at the front desk was so friendly.

The spaces out front for Valet was horrible. Couldn't park in front of the hotel. Went around the block like 6 times. When we got there Sunday for our reservation which was a king suite. We had to wait 45 minutes cause they said they were behind. Which wasn't right. I told her how long it's gonna be. She said I don't know. I said we have dinner reservation. Plus we were going to the Steeler/Packer game. So we did miss our dinner reservation. The two young girls at the desk Sunday afternoon was very nice. The bigger colored girl who was wearing a red skirt I think was the one that wasn't pleasant with my husband and I. The valet people were very nice also. When we left on Monday morning, I told the cleaning lady thank you and the room was very nice. She said said oh. Not thank you or anything. So most of it. It was very nice.

Room was nice and big and clean with plenty of space to work from. Great location and easy walking distance to Market Square, North Shore, and the Strip District. Staff were all friendly and helpful and there’s quite a few decent bars on their doorstep.

Was there for 4 days and it didn’t get cleaned once (even after requesting at the front desk). To be fair, the do not disturb sign was on the first couple of mornings while I was working, but otherwise off. Wasn’t a major issue but could have done with the bins being emptied and the towel situation got a bit desperate towards the end of my stay.
