Courtyard by Marriott Pittsburgh Downtown

I didn't sleep well because of the noise from the bar and restaurants in front of the hotel. It sounded like that was happening next door.

Our room smelled like urine. Also, the tv remote was missing and they gave me a replacement quickly. However, when I tried to use it later in the day, it didn’t work. We were only given 3 bath towels for a 4 person room.

Not much.

I' use a wheelchair, when I checked in, they gave me a room at the end of the hallway. That had a full flight of stairs to get to my room. We had to go back downstairs to get a new room. Our 2nd. room was dirty. The floor had not been swept and the tub had hairs all over it. We called the for valet ahead of time, but when we got there we had to wait 15 minutes more for our car to come. They apologized they said it was miscommunication on their part. Need less say we were late.

Toiletries weee not replaced such as soap.
