Nothing comes to mind, everything was just perfect.

I've been travelling to this area for years on business and visiting family. Thought I would try the Hyatt House after verry good experiences at other locations. After checking in, I was told I needed to pay for parking through a QR code on the front door. I never saw the $18.00 fee when I made the reservation and never would have stayed here. I assumed parking was free like every other hotel in this area. Even the person at the desk seemed embarrassed and told me every guess complains about it. At this point I had no choice but to pay. We then headed for the elevator and noticed a smell of some sort of food being cooked. This hotel has no restaurant, so I just assumed an employee was cooing something. This smell continued on the 3rd floor when we got off the elevator. We woke the next morning at 4:45 am to check out. The smell was actually coming through the bathroom vent. Although this hotel looked nice and was very convenient, I would NEVER stay here again. There are way too many other places to choose from.

The property was in a great location but had very POOR management and a very rude staff member by the name of Tyshar he himself cancelled my reservation bc I didn’t arrive at 230pm the. Informed me in front of guests that it wasn’t him and expressed BOOKING canceled it he then proceeded to lie about the card declining and having no more rooms when two other people arrived and received a room he never assisted to call other hotels to accommodate me despite it snowing bad and me having my family sitting outside in the car I was speaking to booking at the time he walked away to prevent me hearing him explain why I was not given a room when my reservation was active in both Systems

The double bedroom was huge. We had enough room to add a blowup bed when needed. We left our family game in the room and contacted them immediately. I’ll update you on if it was successful returned or not.

The breakfast is mad early 6-9:30. It’s very limited to eggs 1 meat and I starch. That runs out fairly quickly.
