Park Inn by Radisson Goa Candolim

Had a wonderful experience! The service was excellent, and the staff was extremely polite and professional. A special appreciation to Maira and Dev at the front office for their warm welcome and outstanding customer handling skills. They made the entire experience smooth, comfortable, and memorable. Highly recommended!

We are checked in at Park Inn by Radisson Goa for two days. We had booked one of the junior suites and unfortunately, the next two rooms were under under maintenance. there was continuous drilling work going on and the noise was unbearable. We complained multiple times, but the staff nor the manager intervened to stop the drilling work. Ultimately, we had to go and request the workers and their manager to stop the world and experience the inconvenience, which was caused to us. This is not the kind of experience which a four star hotel is expected to provide when they are charging a hefty sum for these rooms. If If the maintenance worked was planned, the rooms on that floor and the below floors shouldn’t have been open for accommodation. This shows clearly that the hotel management is least bothered about the guest and their stay and more interested to earn maximum out of the property, overall, very pathetic experience of our stay and I wouldn’t recommend anyone for booking here.

Fabulous interiors and exteriors! It’s a very typical Portuguese style building with nice and easy to find location. In the midst of buzzing candolim beach but still very quiet when you go inside.

Rooms can be bigger. Balcony had ac shaft hence could not be used. Also if breakfast can be made better especially in terms of Indian delicacies otherwise everything was superb

From staff the debabrata was so perfect he is so supportive and helpful I called him for something for my 8 months baby girl he quickly arranged the product.

It was a nice experience to stay at this property..All is good.. Property is good maintained..especially I like to mention Mr. Debabrata who is very prompt to solve all queries. He took extra effort to switch on TV as we want to see Ipl final.😊 . All other staff are also supportive including Miara.. It was an overall pleasant stay ..would like to visit again..
