Too many issues and repairs going on. Pretty much everything is out of order- phones, lifts, broken shower knob, incredibly high tap to synch ratio - such that water splashes on you . Hazardous entry to the room, my wife tripped and almost banged her head on the wall. No step sign to warn of the uneven steps. We were there for anniversary but most of the time in the hotel went in getting either things fixed or getting room changed. Loud banging and room construction where they gave us the room initially. Unreliable WiFi.

The staff is very hospitable Debdatta and Maira who received me and the delightful host at the restaurant Debojit with Debanjan, Suman and other smiling faces... food was very delicious Goan as well as the north Indian delicacies were well made and ideal portion.

Well not that I didnt like it but what could change is the force at which the shower water comes in... its too heavy for the body and skin and at times it hurts....on top its a waste of water as well.plusnedd more shade near pool area its toooo sunny all through the day.

This is 2nd time I have stayed in this beautiful property. And the stay was awesome like last time. I would specially mention about the cooperation and service I enjoyed from Debabrata for overall stay, Manas for Booking and two young boys Deepanjan and Sachin in dinning.. Thanks everyone. Hope to see you soon again.

Super place for stakanation at Goa and all staffs are great. My special thanks to Mr Harihara and Ms. Maira for their support with anything and everything. Thanks a lot for making my stay memorable.

Amazing place, hospitable staff, food is super delicious and healthy. Mr Harihara and Ms. Maria were super friendly and made us comfortable through out the stay. Felt like home away from home. Must recommended stay when in Goa. Kudos to entire team.

The stay was very good. The food was also amazing. The staff is very polite and very helpful. Sushmita from help desk was very helpful and understood our problem and offered us a family room on first floor. Maira from the management was also very helpful and always enquired about the stay and resolution of the problem. Pratap was very prompt and always made sure our vehicle was at door when we wanted. Kudos the team and the group.
