I loved this place. It was exactly what I was looking for..close to town, easy to get to,clean, quiet and safe for a solo traveler.

Door to outside does not lock. Bath towels poor quality. No fresh towels in 3 day stay unless you pay $20 extra to have cleaning services. Did not have face cloths or bath mat.

Good location, clean, quiet, good for a night. No staff on site, no maid service, not a big deal for a night or two but after that could not even get fresh towels.

Self check-in with code. Comfortable room, good rates. Good stay when you intend to be out most of the day.

I liked having the Nuclear Bean food truck next to the parking lot. The Village Market is one block away. Downtown Moab is in walking distance.

Property was run down. Trash can outside the front entrance was overflowing. Numerous problems with door lock. Left one day into a 3 day purchased stay. Pretty bummed 😕

The room was very dirty, the bedding and sheets had dog hair and human hair all over and under it. Some of the hair looked like pubes. Ended up sleeping in sleeping bag instead

We didn’t stay. Bed was saggy and there was a puddle on the floor when we opened the door. Not good. Looked shabby.

No won available when needed for towels, toilet paper, etc...
