Silver Sage Inn Moab

not good

Tiny room and bathroom. Sheet vinyl floor. Medicine cabinet from 1972. Formica vanity. Toilet has a slow leak and has to refill. Property outside is unkept. Pile of old leaves from last Fall clustered under the outdoor table etc. But you get what you pay for. If you just want cheap sleep, it works.

I can’t say enough about the silver Sage motel, this is an older facility that’s been reconditioned however, the room, staff, and Service are what you would expect from a high-end hotel. On top of that, there are no contact check-in was the quickest, easiest, and most seamless that I’ve ever encountered. They’re at the top of my list if I ever stay anywhere near Moab again.

Room was not cleaned when I arrived ~5pm. Came back after dinner and the smell of toxic cleaning agent was sickening! Cleaning lady willingly came back to wipe down floor again with wet rag. That improved things.

It was so cozy and comfortable and I felt very safe!

It as easy to access, close to everything I needed and pet friendly for my corgi! I'd stay here again and refer it to friends.

I had to cancel my reservation day of because of a snowstorm at Vail Pass/Eisenhower tunnel I couldn’t drive through Moab, I had to go through Albuquerque and purchase a different hotel for the night. I spoke with a nice guy that morning who said he would try and sell my room, and if it sold I would get a refund. I kept an eye on the room availability throughout the day and after 5 pm that day it said all single queen rooms were sold out, woohoo! The only problem; I have been trying to reach the hotel since via phone; their voicemail is full and via email; no response. It’s been 13 days and I cannot reach the hotel. Expedia has been zero help as well.

Best value for the dollar! We have paid alot more for much less. We have nothing to complain about. Thank you for a great stay.
