lovely hotel large and comfortable room staff were lovely.

The breakfast choice or quality unfortunately was not as expected. Woken up early by sound of workmen outside room.

Central heating turned off - evenings really chilly. Eventually provided me with a little heater for the room

Close to sons apartment and shops The steak and garlic butter and chips in the restaurant was best meal I've ever had .

Weird musty smell in corridor to room

Location to tram station & to old trafford

We were only told upon check in that the water would be off between 10am- 1pm on the Saturday meaning we all had to be up & ready by 10am. The dining room toilets were filthy with visible grime on the floor. We were awoken at 7.30am on Sunday with works directly outside the building without any pre warning from the hotel. The rooms were very basic. No toilet brush to clean toilet. Large stains on carpets. We were only given 1 pillow each so had to ask for extras. The TV remote was flat so we had to ask for more batteries. Little things thay should all be checked.
