It was clean and convenient and staff was exceptionally friendly

The room was a little cramped and not as the one shown in the pictures .. Staff advised that none of their rooms looked like the one shown in the pictures as booked or described by booking.com

"A decent place to stay."

The location was great. The workers were all very nice. The room we stayed in was pretty good as well.

The entire pool room was FREEZING. We only booked this specific place for the pool and it was just not what it looked like in the pictures on top of again being frigid for an indoor pool. I also think for the price of the stay parking should have been included. Having to pay $40 for parking along with all the other fees and one night costing almost $170 is kind of crazy.

Beautiful hotel with absolutely exceptional service. Great location within walking distance to explore the inner Harbour area. Historic hotel in excellent neighborhood. Cannot thank Alicia, Tia and the rest of the staff that have been so helpful that I could not thank them enough. Highly recommend this hotel for a great stay and professional helpfullness in heart of city!
