good hotel especially the staff.

The front desk gave made multiple room keys for my room. As we ( daughter and grandbaby) we relaxing, ppl were trying to get in. Front desk blamed it on the " Indian lady" who owns the hotel. After yrs of coming here...never ever again! The word will be spread!!

Good sizes clean rooms. The pool was fun for the kids.

Room was comfortable, except too warm and no thermostat found in room. The breakfast was usual Hampton fare but was understaffed, and the food was not being replaced in a timely fashion.

Everything was great. Only negative was the hot tub. Seems like jets were installed incorrectly and are pointed up towards the surface, creating annoying splashing and overflowing the tub

Towels not provided was the beginning of the experience, due to a broken pipe, room was not stocked with towels. Somehow the front desk has made me feel like this is my fault because I switched rooms, that may or may not have had towels. Imagine blowing yourself dry with a hairdryer and answering the door naked with only a facecloth for protection. Next came the breakfast which was my worst Hampton experience with stale bread, minimal amounts of yogurt, only one oatmeal, no milk or sugar for coffee/tea. This I was told meets the Hampton standard. The final insult was there was no regret for this situation by the hotel management, just a lot of reasons why things had happened. They didnt offer to comp my stay. In fact because I pushed they let me out of the second night of my prepaid stay but didnt credit me the prepay and then charged me for the room. Mind you I had to go to the new Marriott and pay for that room. In disputing the charges they have now tried to double the nightly rate and say that was the rate for one night. This is beyond disappointing. A hilton member I will be no more.

We put the fan on it helps us sleep we couldn’t even go to the pool because it was closed and breakfast was amazing and i didn’t even hear anything when i was sleeping it was a fantastic trip to see my friends and the hotel was kinda dry but i love it though

The gentleman at check in was so friendly and welcoming! The room was clean. The hotel itself seems it needs minor touchups to not make it look run down. The heating/cooling unit was making rattling noises when it wasn’t even on. Assuming it was from the wind outside. As for Hotels.com, I am unsure if we will book again. Seems it was a hassle at check in. They tried 3x to charge my card again for the entire cost. It flagged my card.
