The first room was not cleaned ahead of time. Desk person handled well. Stay was decent

Check in was simple. The shower was terrible, water goes everywhere but down the drain. Within minutes you are standing in inches of water, YUCK

The hot tub

Fridge in room didn't work food went bad, the button for the blinds didn't work to raise them, pool was ice cold, no towels for pool when I asked for some i got laughed at. Pool area dirty

Breakfast was very good and convenient.

She had a hard time finding our reservation when we checked in. When we went to our room, which was number 20 one the door was wide open, and the bed was unmade. When we went back down to the desk, they gave us room 30 one and never told us that it was a handicap room. The curtains or blinds were missing and did not work so there was no way for us to close the windows. The view was the highway behind us. Everything was very dated and the rug was very dirty in the bathroom. The handicap rail was completely rusted and a toilet was dirty. Very unsatisfied with the stay

The swimming pool is ice cold. Fire alarm went off at 6am and when we went to lobby, no one was telling us what was going on. I asked a worker but they didn’t speak English. Breakfast was ok and bed was comfortable but this place isn’t worth your money

Close to I90, ample parking, restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, nice shower.

Received a call that my room was being cancelled hours before arriving. No reason other than I'll have to figure out other accommodations. Room had no remote, coffee station in lobby water was always cold, no sugar when I went down for coffee, hottub had tons of dead fruit flies. Front desk staff was nice but management or owner shouldn't be allowed to deal with guest lacks all level of customer service skills

Easy off and on the highway

Please don’t stay here. Smells like they are covering a multitude of odors with room freshener. Sticker in bathroom says room service every other day. Not true. Started stay on Tuesday with 2 of each towel and no service as of Wednesday. Staff not apologetic. Digital key never worked. Hard key worked on day one but not on day 2. Had to retrieve my own towels since room not cleaned as promised. Business office has two broken down computers. Soft not take a bath because it was sketchy. Worst hotel stay ever!
