Hampton Inn Batavia

The lobby was not clean , walk off rugs dirty , faded! The smell of Carpet freshener was very strong . Outlets on each side of bed were not functioning . Bathroom super clean

The front desk woman was very nice and welcoming. Our only complaint was the bed made a creaking noise. It was annoying and we didn’t get much sleep.

Great place, love hot tub.

I was a Diamond Member for several years prior to retirement, we still favor the Hilton brand whenever possible. This was by far the worst Hilton experience I have ever had. I'm suprised the franchise is allowed to fly the Hilton banner Room reeked of smoke, had to request move Key stopped working, greeted with 'Im having a bad day' Food in fridge from previous occupant Bath room plumbing fixture was broken Business center Temporarily Out of Order One chair in the entire pool area. This hotel has a tired feel, stairwells and common areas are filthy Unidentifiable substance on carpet. There is a nice Holiday Inn Express across the parking lot!

Only had 1 towel and wash cloth in the bathroom. Water didnt drain out of tub. Hair all over the bathroom and the room did not smell clean

Overall in line with Hampton standards

Room was clean and tidy

After booking no reply to any communications from me or others in our party. Rooms expensive and very average/old fashioned. Breakfast offering pretty awful for the price and plastic cutlery (silverware) was dreadful. I would not return
