Hyatt House Santa Clara

Staff were really nice and helpful, the only downside is only one elevator was working during my entire stay. A few things in my room were broken but nothing major. Would definitely stay at this location again.

Good area with restaurants

My towel rack came off wall.

I was surprised at how nice the stay was at Hyatt House. I normally stay in more upscale hotels, but the friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of the room, and location to Levi Stadium made up for anything that may have been lacking. The room was definitely not worth $430 a night, but there wasn't much to choose from. Overall, the hotel met all my needs. If ever in the area again and needing a hotel, I'd for sure stay at Hyatt House again.

The location is very convenient and the staff is super helpful and friendly

I booked the wrong day by accident and tried to switch my reservation but they didn't have availability and they refused to refund the room.

We love it.. we have everything we need plus we can cook meals🥰

The AC is not that cold☹️

We had a great experience and would stay there again in a second. The free breakfast was very good and had many different options. The front desk staff was very kind and welcoming. The room was huge and had a full fridge, stovetop and microwave. The shopping area it is located in had Multiple restaurants, a ColdStone and Safeway was near as well.

Location near Hwy 101 was very convenient. Kitchen amenities were a wonderful surprise Ample natural light and sofa seating were added plusses

Hardware on bathroom door was difficult to maneuver. Reach difficult for toilet tissue dispenser... too far back. Second grab should be installed in shower at opposite end.
