Loved the location and the staff was super friendly.

I did not like that they charged my card twice. So my account has $560 pending from my account. We were only there 1 night. And it's still pending.

From the moment we stepped inside, we knew this house was something special. The layout is incredibly thoughtful — spacious, bright, and perfect for both relaxing and entertaining. Every room feels intentional, with high-quality finishes, modern appliances, and just the right balance of warmth and sophistication. The location couldn’t be better. Tucked into a peaceful neighborhood yet close to everything — restaurants, parks, and major tech campuses — it’s the ideal spot for anyone looking to enjoy both convenience and comfort. We especially loved how quiet the street was, even though we were just minutes from the best of Silicon Valley. The owners clearly put a lot of care into maintaining the property, and it shows. Everything was spotless, and it felt like home right away. If you’re lucky enough to find this home available — don’t hesitate. It’s a rare gem in Santa Clara. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel in good condition. Interesting housekeeping actions. Decent but repetitive breakfast, but few dairy free or gluten free options. Nice pool.

Breakfast is quite basic, but they do provide organic tea bags and reasonably decent coffee.

The family room includes a sofa bed; however, we found bits and pieces of snacks hidden in the folded bedsheet cover—presumably left behind by previous guests. The room has a kitchenette, but oddly, there was no electric kettle. That said, they promptly provided one upon request.

Staff was nice and the property was clean

Always courteous and accommodating. Great location close to food and shopping. Very clean, delicious breakfast.
