Fabulous ocean views and quiet location! It was difficult to speak with the concierge, but the front desk staff were quite willing to step in and assist. David had excellent customer service skills. The condo was dated...difficult to get into the master bath area with the door being too close to the toilet and shower. 2nd bath toilet didn't flush for several days...I had to request several times for it to be fixed. However, the condo was spacious, comfortable, and had everything you would need for a week in paradise!

Calls to front desk many times went unanswered and no return call. Destination hotels are famous for either being short staffed or little training. They also advertise tennis, you find out when you get there it is not on resort and you have to pay: it was one of the reasons I chose it.
Great location. Beautiful condo with great water and mountain views. Very quite too.
Best was the location, value, and view. Appliances were nice. 10-15 minute walk to the beach. Kitchen cabinets did not close and light / fan switches were hard to figure out. HOA posting referred to a recent break in, but quiet and felt safe the whole time we were there.
Little run down and not very clean. Housekeeping only every third day.
We could not have been happier with the property the condo exceeded our expections Clean roomy very nice furniture great tvs and well equipted kitchen.. Lots of hot water in the showers parking right out side the front door. Even had a grill on the lani with very nice outdoor funiture.Great ocean views and close to restuarants and other shopping.. The staff was very helpful with any answers to any questions. Will go back again
This is a lovely place to vacation. Near great beaches. Beautiful views.
1703 is a very nice place to stay. The view was great. Our condo was comfortable and spotlessly clean. We had music and TV both in bedroom and living room. We did have an issue with the breakers, when using the blow dryer, but once we knew where they were it was an easy fix. We would definitely stay here again. The concierge also gave us restaurant vouchers that we used. Two full bathrooms is definitely a plus when there's two women or children.
