Mirage Inn & Suites

The front desk staff is not pleasant. The woman who took my information seemed annoyed at my presence and did not explain the purpose of the additional charge. When asked if my room was in a less noisy location away from the cultural center she seemed argumentative as I tried to e plain why I didn’t want a room near the center.

The dirty bathroom had someone else’s pubic hair in the shower, the floors look like they haven’t been mopped for a while, the paint touch ups are terrible, the room dull, the bed had two thin sheets as the linens, the coffee maker had one very old set of coffee supplies, and the room had absolutely no noise insulation. Do not even try to park a full sized cat in the parking lot!

Terrible service! I asked about my reservation an he was not helpful at all then cancelled it. Have been here in the past and he is always mad and rude.

Did not enjoy anything they tried to charge $350 for a deposit that is not posted online whole bunch of scammers

I did not like the ladies attitude very rude Also scamming people with huge deposits

Small and clean and conveniently located.

The power was out in the morning. I didn’t know how long it’s been. They said it was PG&E which was unavoidable. I showered in the complete darkness.

The room was spacious and upgraded.

The staff was very mean.
