This was the least expensive option at hotels.com.. and wow! Right next to the gondola, ski rental onsite with amazing discounts, super amazing friendly personnel, cozy rooms, good restaurant, walking distance to the trail and to everything. I think the only "but" it's a lot of things don't make sense, we couldn't get glasses for our wine, computers cannot be used, no advil or tylenol available, the excuse was due to covid, but there are a lot of other ways that you can be exposed.. so it doesn't make sense. I'm sure if they take good precautions they can bring some of the stuff back, and yeah, at least have some advil for sale please, I had to drive to citymarket, my wife was having a strong headache after skiing. Would I stay here again though? Absolutely.

This was a great place to stay and the staff was super friendly.

The location was great. The room we had was on the first floor. The master bedrooms window faced a hallway that was traveled at all times of the day. The noise and constant light in the hallway made that room unusable.

I love this place. It's just nostalgic and amazing.

Perfect location. Great staff, restaurant, hot tubs. Rooms facing the parking lot can be loud if people coming in want to be loud.

we booked 5 nights thru hotels.com to only find out AFTER the reservation was confirmed that we were booked 3 nights in one unit and the last 2 nights in another unit. this was ALL on hotels.com and in my opinion VERY unethical to NOT disclose this prior to the reservation being booked. who wants to take the time in the middle of a vacation to pack-up and then have to move and unpack, etc? Lucky the manager on duty was able to rearrange the incoming reservation and we were able to stay all 5 nights in one unit. Overall GREAT resort in GREAT ski-in/ski-out location! VERY short walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The only downside to our stay was the 1st day of our stay

This is a great value deal for a hotel room 100 ft from the gondola at Lionshead. The staff are attentive and helpful. The bell staff are excellent and efficient. There is a ski valet right at the door which is very nice. The room itself was a bit tired. All the necessities are there. There was a good microwave and a small refrigerator. A toaster would have been nice for a three week stay. The tv system was not very good. Poor reception on local channels. Pixelation. The program list is weak and same old same old. You have to get up and move across the room to change the volume with the remote. Sort of defeats the purpose. There is a laundry downstairs which is convenient. Only had to wait once to get access. They provide local and national newspapers gratis in the lobby along with cookies and coffee, tea, or chocolate. Also cool water. Very civilized! There is one restaurant just off the lobby, El Sabor, Mexican cuisine and decor. The food is good and the portions are huge! The staff are friendly and helpful. There are other restaurants within easy walking distance for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I enjoyed my stay there. I was there, after all, to Ski not to entertain. And you can’t beat for the price and the convenience

Andrew the manager was extremely helpful and a pleasure to meet. He addressed our need for a replacement tv in our room as the tv was an older model. He put a smart tv in the room for us as the units are individually owned. The wine and cheese on Friday from 4-5 in lobby with Mountain View’s was a warm event and pleasantly hosted by Andrew and management. The restaurant on premise was excellent, walk from your room to El Sabor, great service and food , views. It was a great experience to walk out the door and have your skis handed to you by ski valet and the Gondola was steps away for an amazing skiing experience to the back bowls. After a great day of Skiing you ski right up to the ski valet and walk a few steps into the lobby. I’ll definitely be back again every year to this Lodge. Thanks again Andrew for making this trip a memorable one!
