"Consistently the best!"

This is my family’s favorite hotel to stay at in this area. I also stay here for business. NICOLE, the manager, is the best ever! She always goes above and beyond to accommodate any request. She truly cares for her customers and it shows!

Our room was clean and the staff took good care of us. Only things I would say needed attention was the water pooling on the first floor staircase and the pool had quite a few dead bugs in it for it being an indoor pool.

"Don't stay here. Old tired and most things don't work as you would expect for the price."

Old tired hotel. I used to book Garden Inns because you could get a decent breakfast, freshly prepared. Not here. Just a very poor selection of deep fried bacon, biscuits, scrambled egg from a packet. Staff more interested in themselves than customers. Old noisy aircon, Pool out of use. Glad I didn't need to eat at the hotel because that was all deep fried as well.

"Great staff but dates property IMHO"

We stayed at this place on our trip to Gatlinburg. The staff were terrific - easy checkin and great service at breakfast. Our room was just ok and a bit dated. And cleanliness was a concern, with hair on our shower. Our bed was fairly comfortable but my pillow smelled of BO. Overall not sure we would stay here again.

Everything was very mediocre although it was clean and quiet and the staff members we encountered were pleasant. With so many alternative hotels close by we would probably not stay at the Hilton Garden again.
