"I never stayed because the hotel failed to check me in and didn’t provide the room I paid for"

Honestly, nothing. I was never able to check in, so I didn’t get to experience the breakfast, the location, or any part of the stay

The property gave me the runaround for over two hours and then sent me to a motel that wasn’t even open. I never received a room, never checked in, and the entire experience was unprofessional and unacceptable.
