"Aside from the card access issues, the stay was nice."

Spacious, clean room.

Room card access key gave me fits! Couldn’t consistently re enter room. Had to go to front desk constantly to have them correct problem! Would like to have had a mini refrigerator in the room.

Overbooking, tricking customers to other properties

We arrived and being persuaded to move to other properties , in fact they obviously overbooked. The staff said we will get better room with same price, when we hv to move, register again, the price was not as what they said.
