We have been spending 4 nights every year for the past 6 years and we love it. We have been lucky enough to be assigned a suite every time as we like to gamble. Service is top notch, casino is fun, restaurants are amazing. I would recommend the Hard Rock to anyone who can spare some dollars for stay, fun and great food.

I had a great experience at my banquet event My banquet server Michael D Jackson was great. He was very attentive. He anticipated our needs and did everything with a smile.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. Only the front desk promised a good discount if I will obtain a player's card. I comply for what was advised to me. At check out, they charged me 700plus dollars with tax 1 night. I complained and it seems they are not consistent of the answers I received. Only promises. Too much per night of $700+. I hope they will give me retroactive. The front desk after talking to their manager said, will be at least $300+ down, if I will ob tain a player's card. This was what I was told at check in.

We were looking forward to experiencing this very unique Guitar Hotel. Check-in was probably the only positive aspect. The receptionist was polite and nice. The room was spacious but nothing special in terms of appearance. There are several swimming pools and a huge area to walk around (at least that’s what we could see from the room window), but everything was closed off with black tape, so you couldn’t walk anywhere or explore the pool grounds. In the women’s toilets by the pool, there was no soap in the dispensers, and toilet paper was lying around. The pool water was ice cold. At the pool bar, a glass of Chardonnay was served in an extremely unattractive plastic cup, despite the fact that attractive plastic wine containers are widely available today. The restaurants did not look appealing. The rooftop bar is open only on Fridays and Saturdays. We wanted to see the hotel building at night, but guests were not even allowed to step outside. The building can only be properly viewed from one side (the pool side). Honestly, this is the first hotel we have ever stayed in anywhere in the world where guests are not allowed to see the building from the outside. Currently, there is a Christmas light show taking place, yet hotel guests are prohibited from entering unless they purchase tickets for $45 per person. Considering the room costs over $600 per night, it is very frustrating that guests are not even allowed to step outside without paying extra. We were actually advised by some staff members to go to the parking garage on certain floors just to see the hotel building from the outside. Imagine being all dressed up and having to walk through a garage to view the hotel — simply unbelievable . Casino smoke was also noticeable in the reception area. If you are a non-smoker, keep this in mind. If you want to experience a truly luxurious stay, choose the Pier 66 hotel instead. We will never step foot in this awful place A truly horrible experience!

I was overcharged by this hotel and never received any proper assistance. My reservation through Booking.com was $1,782.74, and that was the only amount I agreed to. When I arrived, the hotel charged $2,421.74, and the representative told me it was only a security deposit that would stay pending and later settle at the original $1,782.74. That was not true. Instead, they settled a charge of $2,121.74, without my consent and without any explanation. I contacted the hotel about this issue, but they were unhelpful, dismissive, and ultimately stopped replying to my messages. The customer service experience was extremely poor. This was a very disappointing and misleading experience. I would not recommend the Seminole Hard Rock Guitar Hotel to anyone expecting transparency or professionalism.
