"Over all enjoyed my stay the event I went to room is on the older side little disappointed"

It’s a great facility especially the access to both pools

The casino smoking area should be designated smoking is upfront even checking in you can smell an see smokers

Location and room size

Service is awful. I am surprised it is rated as a 4 stars hotel. There was no service room unless requested and even when requested, barely provided. Staff is aware of points of improvement, but seems nobody really cares

"It’s not worth it"

Location

Here is the English translation: It has been a very bad experience. We have stayed in different hotels in different parts of the world, and we truly expected more from this hotel. When we arrived at our room, there was a smell of either food or marijuana, which we reported to the hotel. In addition, we did not have bathrobe; there was only one. We had accessories to make coffee in the room, but there was no coffee maker. Small details that a prestigious and expensive hotel failed to take into account. When we tried to complain, we were told that their inventory was very low and that they could not promise to help us. In the end, they sent someone who sprayed an air freshener and left all the other items in a bag on top of the dresser. They did not place the coffee maker where it belonged, nor did they hang the bathrobe; it was left lying around. In none of the hotels we have stayed at has the customer service been this bad. I expected more from this hotel. The price we paid is not worth it with the quality and service we had received. I do not recommend it.

Except for the location, I didn't like anything in this hotel.

This hotel is awful. Despite telling the staff multiple times, they still did not clean the room. The staffs are not atall helpful. This is not worth the money

"Disrespectful"

Sat down at my first table and the lady had a nasty attitude so I quickly moved on. The next three tables I went to had not only mean dealers but people so worried about money they didn’t care about providing a fun experience. I was only testing this out before bringing my family which includes some members with disabilities. Now I know to never come back. If you enjoy peace don’t come here.
