Hyatt Vacation Club at Coconut Cove

I think this is one of the best hotels rooms are perfectly fine but i think this hotel dosnt have 5 stars because of the service on the loby or pool the drinks were a little bad

the Hyatt vacation club at coconut cove had great customer service, and was super special. Me and my family went to the pool over Thanksgiving break and had a blast. The lady working at the outdoor bar was super sweet and remembered who I was every time I went to order a drink. not only did she remember me but she was able to put my drink under my tab so my card wouldn't get wet from pool water. I will definitely be coming back soon. I do not live in the area but if I did I would refer this pool club to everyone.

Old, not renovated, nothing around you, smells musty. We do not recommend. The reviews looked good. We were at the Hyatt Resort and Spa and the room was nicer, but there’s a lot of construction all around.

The staff around the pool bar was not very pleasant or attentive. Finished personal conversations while other guests waited to even b addressed. Makes a great experience not so good

This is our family’s go to place for our staycation for 9+ years when it was called Coconut Plantation. Hyatt Coconut Cove is well maintained and you can always see employees doing something around the property. The pools and common areas are clean. The front desk personnel are friendly and professional. In our recent stay, when we walked into our one bedroom villa, we were surprised nothing had changed in years. Even though there has been no updates to the villa, they are well maintained and clean. The only negative I can think of is the shower head. The shower head is terrible, there is no water pressure and the spray functions are worthless. If there is anything that needs a desperate update is the shower head. I know the employees need to sell timeshares but we are locals and don’t need a timeshare within a one and half hour drive. I don’t want to be stopped on our way out and given the “sales talk” especially when they know we are local, have visited their location in the past and heard about their specials before. My family and I will always recommend Hyatt Coconut Cove to anyone looking to stay in SW Florida. It will always be our first choice for a staycation.
