No good

Horrible service

One of the worse hotels stay in my life. They took dirty towels and did replace them, had to go to the front desk for towels. Wouldn’t put more coffee out on the breakfast buffet. Had plumbing issues and they wanted me to wait 2 1/2 hours for it to be fixed. Ridiculous.

The location was fine, it was pretty centrally located in the town. I did not go down for the breakfast as I'd had a difficult time sleeping so I slept in instead.

There was an extremely heavy smell of cooked food in the hallway that permeated into my room and was very unpleasant. The smell was so strong that I really think people were cooking in their room in my hallway. Also throughout the night I heard loud noises from either the room adjacent to me or the hallway. It sounded like a heavy item was dropped each time.

VERY Clean! Friendly and Professional staff! Quiet and safe, they have vending and coin laundry. Convenient shopping in walking distance if needed. Overall this is my #1 go to, I stayed at all the hotels in Eunice luxury, and cheap ones this hotel Overall is much better stay. Even better than Holiday Inn, better staff and cleanliness.

At first the employee that greeted us there was very sweet when we got to the room at first it looked good but I noticed there were no trash bags in the trash cans and someone left a hand print behind the bathroom door on the wall in mud are it could of been poo poo 💩 not sure so I let the front desk know and they came clean it but they said they don't have trash bags they don't buy any and the phone doesn't work either
