Good prices but needs work.

The staff were very nice. The only 2 problems I had with my room was that the carpet needed some cleaning attention and we barely had a trickle of water on our 2nd morning of stay.

The location was close to the event we were visiting for.

The couch in our room was stained and very used. It should have been removed. The pillows were very small and we asked for pillows and blankets and were not given any.

Only 2 stories, no elevator, i didnt know this or think of this so climbing stairs was hard for me, I have bad knees and hotel was full so no other option!

Old property, no attempt to clean any of it. Mud on floors, dried food splatters on hallway walls. Room was fairly clean, linen was clean. Overall poor experience. 2 story property but there is no elevator.

Room was clean, bathrooms clean,housekeeping girl was so friendly and helpful. Place has good lighting outside with security cameras. Hotel is 2 floors with stairs, no elevator for anyone handicapped. Not a problem for us,but possibly for someone who is handicapped, so specify downstairs when booking. We enjoyed our stay. We were there for Mardi Gras and met alot of friendly people!!

Staff was friendly

The inside was outdated. Our room smelled like nasty booty and feet. There was black mold above the shower and the water smelled like pure bleach. The shower head looked like it had rust on it. The beds are very hard and small. The heating unit would kick on and off every few minutes no matter what you set it on. Only good thing was that the staff was smiling and friendly but not easy to understand a few because of language/accent.
