Hampton Inn & Suites Roswell

Great area and very nice hotel. friendly staff. I have stayed here many times only had one problem at all the times and the manager called me the next day and apologized and said that next time in to ask for her.

Jose at the front desk was amazing. he helped with with my issues.

Room is outdated and horrible restroom

Easy early check in.

I didn’t like this hotel. It was dated. The smoke detector was hanging off the ceiling. The elevator was down so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. We’re elderly. The room needed some repairs. I understand that they are renovating the top floor. So I imagine we’ll hear the construction crew in the morning. We usually stay at Hampton Inns but this one was a disappointment.

The building has been out of power for 3 days. We had to find another hotel after 8 hours in the car. I received no notice of this dilemma.

Comfortable and around a lot of shopping places.

The refrigerator wasn't as cold as it should.

Nothing. It was misrepresented.

No pool or hot tub as promised on hotel information page, room was dated and dirty, hotel was under renovation construction not mentioned at time of booking.Also, homeless tents set up in front of property. Staff did not look professional. Upstairs hallway floor was uneven and spongy.
