hotel location was nice

my first room didn't have a tv and was dirty. The second room was dirty as well. also someone was smoking in room next to us and fumes were making it into our room.

Having new employees working by themselves is no acceptable. The young lady at the front desk had no idea how to check in , switched me to a room that was not filling my new needs, double charged me and getting me to a room that has no TV for my son entertainment clear signs that I hit an out of order room.
