Location, location! Beautiful views. Staff was amazing, especially Alex at the front desk and housekeeping. We had a great time.

The sofabed was very uncomfortable for my kids. That was the only complain I have.

What a wonderful stay! The hotel is cozy, clean, and felt like a home away from home. Everything was just right – comfortable room, great atmosphere, and a really lovely vibe overall. Location was perfect

San Diego Trip April 2026. Room 414 I paid for an upgrade because it was available. I arrived early to the hotel. No hot water in the shower(tried to fix but it didn’t stay hot) The water in the bathroom was hotter than the shower. No iron/ironing board Screen to balcony doesn’t close and lock Coffee maker dirty Freezer needs to be defrosted Better lighting at night around the elevator Room needs a chair Room needs carpet/throw rugs
