Paso Robles Inn

施設がとてもオシャレでした。 中庭もリラックスできました。 夜ホテル内のステーキハウスで食事しましたが、ステーキがとても美味しかったです。接客も素晴らしかったです。

We had such a nice time! We loved the happy hour that was included that had bite size food and wine. The breakfast was also included and was delicious. You can’t beat the location. The rooms were a good size and very clean.

Beautiful location & room. Lovely fire pit in the evening. Great walking distance to restaurants.

Overall the facility is clean and well kept. Has pleasant garden and pool that makes it very pleasant to use and stay. Went to the reception desk 4 times about different issues, and 3 times the person(s) at the desk were eating food! Not very eager to help. No desk or business center at the room or the facility to conduct a simple office work. Coffee shop not available in the afternoons and on a weekday past 3 PM you will not be able to get any espresso drinks on the premises or outside! They have a shuttle that I did not use but seems to be useful to get around for people who cannot walk. The location of the hotel is very convenient; within walking distance to the park, downtown restaurants, and tasting rooms.

Our first room had serious hygiene issues, including insects and visible mold in the shower. My wife had to go to our friend’s room to take a shower in order to make it on time to our reservation. After reporting this to the front desk we were moved to the second room; however, this room has extremely poor water pressure, making the shower unusable. We returned to our room late at night and tried to take a shower and found out that water pressure was too low. It was too late to move to a different room or go to a friend’s room. I reported this as well to the front desk the next morning. We had a very frustrating and unpleasant experience. The employee at the front desk who by the way was very professional and helpful, told me that he will leave a note on the account to someone from the management call us after the weekend but no one has contacted us yet. I have left voicemails and sent emails with videos attached and the manager Vincent Gary is refusing to contact me.

The Inn did an excellent job of accommodating our wine tasting group with roots that go back to Medieval France 🇫🇷. The group consists of VERY knowledgeable people in the hospitality industry, so we are very aware of the importance of the management team in making local arrangements for a society such as ours. The Paso Team fulfilled all our needs perfectly‼️

Perfect location for Paso Robles across the square. Newly remodeled rooms.

Seriously $20 per night for parking. We travel 90% of the year locally and internationally. While the shower bathroom look great. Shower is functional useless. The lowest pressure water ever experienced - 1/10 for enjoyable shower. Yes I know California shower head restrictions are the norm, but this water pressure was California restrictions on steroids. Be reasonable!!!!!!
