Residence Inn Pittsburgh Cranberry Township

The staff welcomes you like you just came home for a visit even when it was my third visit.

The staff was helpful and kind but the property is not being updated or kept in shape unfortunately. The rooms are spacious and it has the potential to be a prime place for lodging if it were fixed up.

Everything was great. A Starbucks and Rita’s right next door!

The front desk, maintenance and housekeeping staff 4/30 were very friendly. The person working the breakfast on 5/1 didn't come across as the friendliest person around and berated my mother for peaking in the backroom when she thought my son had wandered off. The building needs some repairs. Most of the exterior doors do not close all the way unless forced, a lack of safety for sure. The pool area looks very dated. There was a broken window covered by cardboard - possibly just happened. Our mirror in our bathroom was broken and definitely should be replaced. The pullout sofa mattress also needs to go. The size of the room was nice and the options for breakfast were good as well.

Good location to our friends. Bar next door was great!!!

Hotel is musty and smells like chlorine. It didn’t meet my expectations. The room smelled funny and the bed skirt had stained water marks. Multiple carpets have stains. It needs a major renovation. The Leather chairs in the kitchen area of the room had holes.

Very good service and breakfasts. Room a bit old and dated but clean and comfortable Did NOT have FOX Business channel which surprised me since it is the most watched business channel.
