You are supposed to be a 5 star hotel. So start anticipating guest requirements or desires as opposed to coming across as an institution that cares more for policy than experience. So when I ask for a twin bed room (advertised as available on your website) don’t tell me you can’t promise but will do your best. If you can’t promise, I will go to someone who can and you should change your advertising. And why provide one pillow when so many will want two (I dont care that I can get another one with extra effort from me - this experience should be about me, not you). And why have a minibar that is empty? Ok - I know I can call and pay for someone to deliver something - but again, this should be about me - I am paying - not you. Just some examples of the annoyances that you unnecessarily created. It’s an OK place to stay - but it could be so much better if you cared more about customer experience rather than your own convenience. In other words to be 5 star, you need to work harder.

The room was very clean, comfortable and modern. The breakfast choice and quality was great. All the staff we came accross were very friendly and accomodating. Overall, one of the best hotels i have stayed in.
