The Edwardian Manchester, A Radisson Collection Hotel

Me and my daughter went to Manchester and stayed in this beautiful hotel the staff were so welcoming and kind abd very helpful gary one of the staff asking us were we over for the weekend and I said no just the night that we are going to see D12 we did not that they were staying in the hotel two some of them were on the same floor are us gary help us get a picture with them it was the best my daughter was so happy it is a memory thst will always be talked about so thank you to Gary and all the staff for a very memorable stay we will be back again

This is my go to hotel for Manchester and have stayed here many times. The rooms are great, as are the facilities. The whole team are fantastic, friendly and helpful. This time around I had Anna check me in and she managed to sort an upgrade for me, which I was very grateful for. She was brilliant.

Everything! Impeccable service,

We attended a family wedding & went to a waiting area for canapes twice between the ceremony & evening event. There was no chairs most ladies had heels on & feet were killing also several elderly relatives with poor mobility really struggled

Nothing to recommend

No guest with a car should reside in such hotel ! It , being a so called 5 star hotel, doesn’t even have a proper car stopping space for luggage downloading or uploading ! Perhaps as its location is in city center, the hotel management and front line staffs probable assume that guests shouldn’t have a car! Hotel staffs are not helpful to facilitate car stopping by the hotel for luggage loading. Their duty appeared just to clear space for taxi or coaches ir hotel vehicles. Booking.com should have warned against car driving guests or simple remove this hotel from the recommendation list ! I shall not recommend any f
