Always a great welcome. Lovely quiet hotel. Rooms are impeccably clean and the spa is wonderful.

Room service a bit hit and miss! Forgot us a few times.

It was our second time staying at this brilliant hotel. I have to give Gary a very special mention, I had wanted to last year but didn’t remember his name - he’s a memorable guy so I’m not sure how! He made us feel like ROYALTY even though we really aren’t, and the course of both stays he goes to so much effort with all the guests to ensure they feel well looked after, and also that they are having FUN. Thanks Gary, and Kyaw who checked us in was lovely too! Can’t wait to come back next year.

I had an issue with the booking via Hotels.com which meant I had nowhere to stay. Viktoria and Kyaw were fantastic helping me with the refund and booking directly with them. Huge thanks to them both!! The hotel is lovely as is the Spa. All staff were super friendly and helpful.

Our stay was mostly good. The Premium City View Room was very roomy and the bed was comfortable. My wife booked a slot in spa and said it was nice and clean with reasonable facilities. Our biggest frustration was the car parking. The hotel doesn't have a car park and you use the NCP which is about a 5 minute walk. I had checked this out prior to stay and there is a message on their phone system. What it doesn't say is that you need to download the NCP app and pay on the day of arrival. We weren't told this at check-in either.

The service was impeccable and friendly throughout. Location perfect for Manchester central, staff allowed us to check in early and upgraded our room.
