Bed wasn’t too comfy and room seemed a little bit out dated for the price based on comparisons to other hotels in the same area with the same price

We stayed at The Edwardian Manchester for two nights while travelling from London to watch a Manchester United match, and we had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully presented, with comfortable rooms, excellent facilities, and a fantastic location in the heart of Manchester. Throughout our stay, we ordered in-room dining on both days, and the service was exceptional. A special thank you to Rafa from the in-room dining team, who took great care of us during our stay. He was professional, friendly, attentive, and always ensured that everything was delivered promptly and exactly as requested. His excellent customer service really enhanced our experience and made us feel genuinely welcome. The food was delicious, the service was efficient, and every member of staff we encountered was courteous and helpful. It’s always the people who make a stay memorable, and Rafa certainly went above and beyond. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return the next time we visit Manchester. AC in room didn’t go below 18 degrees

We were not told about needing to have credit on the rooms at check in before we would charge anything to the room. As I was a work in the day, not only was she not allowed to leave the spa until she had paid for the massage, but room service wouldn’t leave until she had paid for food. On both occasions she had to ring me in meetings to settle the bills. Having paid over £700 for 3 nights stay at a 5 star hotel, this is not the level of service I would have expected and certainly not how I would expect them to treat a teenager staying as a guest.

We came for our wedding day, and we were met with the most excellent service and stay. Staff were so friendly and attentive, with a massive mention to Gary from the concierge desk who went above and beyond for us! Our room was perfect, the best wast so comfortable and the breakfast was top notch! We will be back to celebrate our wedding anniversary in the future.
