The location is quiet but close to everything. The staff is very helpful. The room and bathroom are super clean, they clean the rooms every single day. The bed and the bedding were comfortable too. Luckily the room doesn’t get hot during the summer so it was perfect. 👍🏻 One thing I missed from the room an electric water kettle. It would be great to have it in the room to make tea in the evening.

Great pension in the center of Puerto de la Cruz on a pedestrian street with cafes. Very warm welcome and the facilities were spotlessly clean. Perfectly suitable for my needs. Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels. Excellent value for money. Has a lift and nice roof terrace with clothes drying rack. Few minutes walk from bus station.

Perfect location to explore the best places in the region. Very close to a Loro Park and very nice beaches, the best atmosphered cafe and restaurants were at the same street which is perfect. The Apartments were very nice and the hospitality and kindness of the owners were perfect!

A little bit dark in the room, no balcony or terrace inside the room to dry my clothes But these were silly things, as in general the room was very clean and comfortable to stay!

Excellent location and spotlessly clean. Supermarket close by and it was great to have a fridge in the room. Roof terrace was nice to relax on.

Although the hotel was informed that I would be arriving late evening the door was locked and there was no one there to greet me or let me in. Luckily the owner's son happened to pass by and after ten minutes banging on the door managed to get a response. For arrivals earlier in the day this wouldn't be a problem as the family were around.
