Great small hotel near the city centre. Close to everything: supermarkets, cafes, sea, bus station. Very clean room with everything required. Everyday cleaning included. Great value for money.

Excellent location, very quiet despite being in the midst of the old city, near the coastal promenade, fantastic service, high quality mattress, bedding, towels, good shower water pressure, super clean, very well lit, good speed and stability wi fi, welcoming owners, the room even has a quiet dehumidifier that warmed up and dried the cool, humid winter air. Ample parking in the free city parking lot 3 minutes walk down the road. Recommended with enthusiasm!

An easy chair

There is a very nice terrace at the top of the hotel. The surrounding place is the best from the center, close to everything. The room was very basic and small but perfect for the money!

Best area of PDLC, right by the water, tons of amazing restaurants all around & multiple grocery stores. Black sand beaches 8 minute walk. Ride base Tenerife is 11 minute walk which is an AMAZING bike rental place & best way to see the north island. Value for this hotel is incredible as the location is unbeatable if you aren’t renting a car & want to walk & bike everywhere.

Nothing to possibly complain about when such a good price in perfect location

Place is by far the best value in Puerto De La Cruz which is one of the best areas of Tenerife. Right by the water, amazing restaurants close by everywhere, supermarkets, etc. don’t know what else one would need. Every mediocre or negative review is fully on the reviewer’s part, not here. Some people don’t travel much or understand things. All of the staff is great, if you don’t like noise from restaurants close by on weekends bring earplugs.
