Great attention. Rooms are pretty big with comfort for your stay. Location is perfect

The entire staff was helpful, we checked in after office hours, and the staff made sure we received text message with the information on our room. The attendant was aware a ready for our arrival, Great Team work and communication between staff members.

Excellent location, across from the beach, moose lodge, and the pier is a 3 min walk. Close to shops and restaraunts. Hotel is clean but is in need of updates, which is happening soon. The staff is super friendly. They let us check in early, very much appreciated. Parking is def an issue only bring one car.

Great location. Walkable to shops beach restaurants. They will be doing needed renovations in November.

Check in was good Megan explained everything. She is very efficient, polite and very friendly. Kathy and Megan are both gems and are a credit too the business All staff were very polite and friendly and couldn’t do enough for you.

Great place to stay, clean and comfortable, large rooms with kitchen, balcony, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, very comfortable bed, large bathroom with 2 showers and bath tub, everything you need for a perfect vacation was right there or within walking distance - beautiful beach, shops, restaurants, free trolley. We had a great time. Would definitely go back

We have been staying here since we moved to Davenport, FL 4 years ago? Love the Staff, everyone is so friendly! Love the Full Kitchen units. We always stay a week when we come to the Beach!

Great place to stay. In the center of everything.

This is our 3rd time stayin in Anna Maria island and we were satisfied with the accommodations. We stayed in the Royal palm studio with a Murphy bed and the room is huge! Also has a huge screen in patio. Located directly across the beach. The room was very well cleaned
